Terms and Policies

At Daly Companion Pet Care we strive to take the stress out of leaving your pets while you are away. Clients will receive access to our online client portal. Our app allows for easy scheduling and real-time communication with your sitter. An after-visit report will be sent through the portal with pictures and details of your sitter’s visit with your pets.

Payment

Full payment is due before the start of the visit.  We accept the following payment options: PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, Check or Cash.

Cancellation/Refund Policy/Weather

There is a 48 hr notice for any cancellation in order to receive credit.  Any cancellation made 48 hours prior will be credited to your account for future use.  Due to the extreme demand over the holidays, there is no credit/refund for cancellations.

We think of ourselves as the Post-Man/Woman.  We will make our visit in the rain, sleet, snow, wind, or whatever Colorado weather brings us.  We do ask our clients to be courteous of our walkers and we reserve the right to shorten walks or have an indoor visit if conditions are not safe for the walker or pet.

Holidays

Due to the extremely high demand for care over the holidays, there is a $10 extra charge/visit. Holiday service requests must be booked 30 days in advance.  These holidays include New Years Eve, New Years Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Eve, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
